Premio Dante Alighieri
2021 is the year of the seven hundredth anniversary of the death of Dante Alighieri, which took place in Ravenna, his place of exile.
For this important reminder Art Now and Cultura Identità establish the Dante Alighieri which will involve various sections dedicated to painting, to
sculpture, photography and digital art.
For each section,
some of the most valid contemporary interpreters were selected.
Elegance and splendor are the main features of the Monumental Gallery of the Palace Borghese in Florence.
On June 27, 2021, in this sumptuous place, the video exhibition of the admitted works took place and the
scoring of the critics’ prize.
From 2 to 4 July 2021 the admitted works were video projected on a maxi screen in Casale Monferrato (AL) on the occasion of the Culture Identity Festival.
The event was attended by personalities such as Pupi Avati, Angelo Crespi, Vittorio Sgarbi, Edoardo Sylos Labini, Alessandro Sallusti, as well as numerous representatives of the press.
